Agree with numerous other reviews ; Lazy Boy, Comfortable, Massive, etc…..

But in my experience there is a serious problem with the Harness Mechanism on this car seat, on numerous occasions I’ve struggled to get the restraint belts to correctly tighten on my son ; after repeated attempts have managed to secure him but there seems to be an underlying issue.

( Car seat is fitted forward facing, rear seat in the middle position of 2003 4Runner )

I didn’t really know much about Britax when [...] off Britax Boulevard Carseat. It looked “nice” and I needed one for my grandchildren (granddaughter is 10 mos, and is just too heavy to lug around in the infant seat anymore that I had an extra base for in my car, and grandson 5 mos, he’s still a little small for it, but growing fast). So Gramma wanted her own carseat that didn’t have to be moved to save my BACK!! I did some research and discovered it’s has one of the highest safety ratings available and true “side impact safety.” I ordered it and installed it, rear facing for now, since they’re both still less than a year, and besides being super super safe, this thing is PLUSH!! This is the MERCEDES of carseats!! Not to mention that it is convertible to a booster seat and will be used by your child just about until they’re ready to drive themselves.( Well, not really, but 65 pounds!!) I have decided that both babies mommies will be getting ones for their own cars when the babies turn a year, because there isn’t anything else on the market that’s good enough for the safety and comfort of my grand babies. My only complaint is that I wanted a boy/girl carseat, and this one looks like it’s pink flowers in the middle but dark blue on the outside, and the outside material is really very purple. So, my grandson has a bit of a girly carseat when it’s his turn to ride with gramma.

First, I bought this system in the Discovery design…which is basically the same as the others, just a differnt fabric. This is by far the best travel system on the market. I was about to buy a Graco travel system, when my eldest daughter spotted this. Although quite a bit pricier than the Graco or Evenflo systems, I feel much more comfortable having my baby in this carseat. I love the level in the base that shows you it is installed correctly for baby’s positioning. One of my favorite features is that it can be fitted for a bench seat (such as a minivan’s) or a bucket seat (such as a Mustang!) by adjusting the base vertically…I’ve never seen that feature on any other carseat! I also love the little insert in the carseat that just sort of hugs my son when he’s in it. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the strap easily pulls and tightens to make sure your baby is snugly fit. My only negative comment would be that when the stroller is reclined all the way with the car seat in the stroller, it is very difficult to get a diaper bag in and out of the basket w/o taking out the carseat first. That gets kind of annoying. The stroller sets up easy and closes with ease. I wish it had bigger cup holders for drinks, but overall, I am more than pleased and would highly recommend to everyone!

Excellent stroller!
I bought it to use it with my newborn baby.
The Keyfit30 worked fine up to 9 months.
The stroller did perfect with no problem on streets, the beach and the farm.
It fits perfect in our car (Fiat Siena ’08) and the weight was enough to let have it a few seconds in hands (that happened because our flat had troubles with the elevator!!)
There’s no cons on this stroller because it was perfect all the time.
It’s a good option for a new baby. We just sell it to a friend and bought a Pliko P3 (the other side of the moon! hehehe)
Let’s see what will it be.

After researching consumer reports and such I was sold on purchasing this system. I absolutely love it! The stroller runs so smoothly and was really easy to assemble out of the box. It is a very sturdy stroller and car seat, as they have survived many airports beautifully. I only wish the stroller could go through the sand, but I suppose that’s what specialty strollers are for and I didn’t expect it from this one. Though it goes off-road rather well. I didn’t use the car seat interlocking into the stroller to often, because she grew so quickly and she just sweats so much when in the car seat and stroller together, (I live in the tropics), but it was really eay to use.
The car seat is a breeze to use, easy in and out of the car. Opening and closing the stroller is no problem with the baby on the hip and one hand to do it.

I thought the Cortina KeyFit was really easy to use. The carseat snaps easily into the base, and the stroller opens and closes without much effort as well. The carseat seems heavy…but I’ve carried Graco ones and they seem heavy as well. I’m not sure any of them are light! One thing I noticed with the Chicco seat is that it has a very different angle than Graco or other seats. It appears to be more reclined. This is fine for my daughter now, but when she was very young, with some reflux problems, she would constantly scream when she was in the seat. But the fit was good for small infants, and I thought the insert was nice and snug. The stroller rolls really smoothly. We live in the city and constantly use it. Great storage space and cup holders, etc for water, burp cloths, etc. The underneath space is very good for shopping storage! And the seat reclines nicely for naps. My daughter loves the stroller. I would recommend investing in a Chicco windshield/rain cover for the stroller however. In windy or inclement weather, the top doesn’t provide much protection.

We have been using this since April 2009 and dont have any significant complaints. we loved the fact that we could have our baby facing us in the beginning and now that he can sit up we have turned it around and he loves that. its held up well. it is a little bulky but then most of the strollers are. overall we are pleased with this model and would recommend it to anyone.

We were looking for a reversible seat stroller and one that would allow our two-month old to grow into that was reasonably priced. As hoped the large wheels along with suspension make the ride very comfortable and smooth – even over sidewalk bumps. The front wheel can swivel for fast walking or lock into place allowing for fast walking or even jogging. It is easy to lock/unlock the rear wheels – it uses a bar across the rear axle connecting the wheels. The two large cup holders has a tray in between them where you can place other small items. Some drawbacks: The stroller requires two hands to fold and when folded is a bit large. For that reason we use it as our walking stroller that stays home. We keep a smaller folding, short transport stroller in our car. The canopy does not have a window making it difficult to see him while walking. Because of its small size, it was necessary to buy a sun screen right away. Even with the drawbacks, I highly recommend this stroller.

I’ve had this stroller for a few days. I really like the design and the reversible feature. However, the seat is short and narrow. My son at only 3 months old, 14.5 lb and 25″ already reaches the top of the seat. I’m afraid he will not fit in it in a snowsuit this winter. The seat does not fully recline and not good for newborns. Folding is a hassle. Also, the first day we went for a walk, a little rock stuck in a front wheel and made a crack/dent in it. I don’t think this will impact the ride, but I am upset about it. I’ll see how this stroller works for us.

I cannot recommend this stroller highly enough! We were looking for a jogging type stroller with big wheels. Something that would be good in the winter for outdoor use. I can honestly say that this is the only stroller we’ll need! It fits great in our SUV (taking up a little less room than our Graco did)and manuvers great in malls and other stores. I have found that it folds up very easily and isn’t any heavier than a Graco. All the other jogging strollers we looked at were much heavier.I love that my son can face me, but when he’d rather face out, I can easily turn him around.It handles great with one hand (if you’re used to talking on your cell phone while out for a walk like I am) and is very smooth!I looked and looked, and this stroller is THE BEST in it’s class! Look no further!!!
